Matchbook Countdown Giveaway!

Morning loves!  I have some exciting news for you—starting today the Matchbook team will be doing a giveaway every Tuesday until our launch in January!  This week we’re giving away a large print by Swedish fashion illustrator Kristina Hultkrantz of Emma Kisstina.  The poster is 30cm x 40cm (11.8″ x 15.7″) and the winner gets to choose from any of Kristina’s darling designs.  I personally am torn between the Lolita-inspired frames and stack of classics, but the choice is all yours!  To enter simply “like” Matchbook on Facebook and leave a comment below telling us your favorite illustration.  We’ll draw a winner tomorrow at 4pm EST.  In the meantime I encourage you to live vicariously through Kristina’s charming Stockholm adventures on her blog.  I’m a regular visitor ; )

UPDATE:  Congratulations to our winner, Laura Marie!  I hope you love your new print! xx

Bonne chance and thank you so very much for your support!

Hello! The perfume bottle. I’m drawn to the aesthetic of the drawing. It also feels as though I can smell No. 5 just by looking at this. Chanel No. 5 is my favorite perfume and makes me dreamy…

I love her designs and I already knew her (probably because of your website!). If I won this giveway I’d choose any of her lipsticks prints or the classics one, according to availability. I’m sure it would look fabulous in my studio!

Is this wonderful competition restricted to US readers? If not the case (and salutations from a sunny South Africa), I would simply luuuurve to have the Coco Chanel illustration – a very difficult choice to make, as all of these are simply divine! x

  4. Kate

I’ve been admiring her four eyes print for quite some time!

Excited to see what else you ladies come up with over the next few weeks!

I love, love, love the Chanel perfume bottle print. It would go famously in my new apartment (as my scheme is pink). Thank you so much for the opportunity. I love your blog and am a faithful follower.

Anne-Lise — International readers are more than welcome to enter! I’ll confirm with Kristina, but if shipping is a problem I’ll gladly pay the difference myself ; ) Hello to sunny South Africa from the Matchbook team!

Katie, this is simply fantastic! The Matchbook launch almost make me wish these weeks would go a bit faster, but I do love to soak up the holiday season as much as I can. And I do think I liked Matchbook on Facebook the first day you announced it — how could I not?

I love these illustrations! Its a toss up between the red roccocco chair and the red Birkin bag… I had to look through her entire site to narrow it down! Great find.

“The classics” are the loveliest to me. I plan on buying a print even if my luck has run out.

Keep up the inspiring blog and can’t wait for Matchbox’s debut. It will may the cold gray Januarys here in Chicago a little brighter and warmer.

    All the best,
    Missy H

So excited when I heard you ladies were teaming up to create Matchbook and happily “liked” you on Facebook.

The stack of books would go well over my rescued Vassar card catalog. Best of luck with the planning and producing of your first issue.

I LOVE the stack of books, it’s like she just sat down in front of my bookshelf and made that drawing.
