Speak to Me, Zara

Those who know me personally know that despite the unapologetically girlish (and often times frilly) content of my blog, my own personal style is far more simple and tailored.  For this reason the colorful yet sleek pieces from Zara’s March Lookbook have me weak in the knees.  Aren’t those pink pants reminiscent of these Jil Sander beauties?  Scrumptious.

i love the simple clean lines and bright pops of color!

and i know what you mean about your personal style being more simple and tailored. my personal style is a lot more reigned in than my personality. navy, white, and fitted, tailored pieces dominate my wardrobe.

i do try to have more fun by wearing yellow kate spade bags though :]

I just love the last look, orange + white + tan. heavenly. oh and the green and white combo is a super energizing look! perfect reminder of why we all love spring.

    Hi Katie!

When I saw these Zara Lookbook photos, I was also moved by the simple yet classic feel of these looks.

This post also made me smile since this morning I saw you mentioned in the April issue of Glamour as a person whose style a Glamour staffer is loving now. Your style was described as “classic and clean”, just like the looks shown here. :)
