Alexa Hampton’s New York Apartment

Yesterday, I stumbled upon the image above of Alexa Hampton‘s Manhattan apartment and gushed to Simon, “this is my dream bedroom!” It’s no surprise, that the interior designer’s home is the envy of maximalist’s everywhere. I love Alexa’s traditional decorating style paired with her fearless use of color (the plum walls in the bedroom are so good). Below, explore more images of Alexa’s apartment and find my suggestions for channeling a similar look in your own home.

I’m with you, Katie! I could move in lock, stock & barrel! People always talk about light & airy bedrooms. Not me! I want my room to be darker, luxurious and cocooning and that one fits the bill! That said, I do like airier living spaces and that blue wall color in the living room is stunning! And she even has the Bernardaud china pattern I am OBSESSED with! I wonder how I can wrangle an invitation?
